The vote to confirm Sen. Jeff Sessions as our nation’s Attorney General is today. He will be in charge of upholding the immigration orders we have protested this past week. Those have now spread to include visa holders entering from Mexico (O’Hare airport in Chicago was where that first occurred yesterday.)
With this Administration defying much of the five federal court orders directives, we cannot have an Attorney General who cares nothing for civil rights and human rights.
Please call your Senator now at 202-224-3121 or 202-225-3121 and tell him or her to vote NO on Sessions’ confirmation.
